- 1 lb. fillet of sole, salmon or red snapper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. oil (safflower or corn)
- 1 tomato, diced
- dash of curry powder
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°.

2Bake fish for 15 minutes on a lightly greased baking pan.

3Mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl and spread over fish.

4Cover the fish with water and bake for another 15 minutes or until fish is done and sauce is thick.
