- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Set oven at 450°.

2Use flat baking dish large enough for steak. Set dish in oven for 5 minutes.

3Blend butter and seasoning and add to dish.

4When butter melts, add steak.

5Bake 5 minutes and turn steak.

6Bake another 5 minutes (or more).

7Slice steak on diagonal and turn each slice in seasonings in dish.

8Serve in dish.
