  • 1 lemon
  • 16 oz. can sliced peaches
  • 15 1/4 oz. can sliced pineapple
  • 6 oz. jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 orange
  • 16 oz. can pear halves
  • 16 oz. can apricots
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar

    Drain all canned fruit.

    Grate the rind of lemon and orange; peel and slice.

    Layer lemon and orange slices and other fruit in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine lemon and orange rind, brown sugar and flour; mix well and sprinkle over fruit.

    Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serve hot or chilled.
