- 1 lemon
- 16 oz. can sliced peaches
- 15 1/4 oz. can sliced pineapple
- 6 oz. jar maraschino cherries
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 orange
- 16 oz. can pear halves
- 16 oz. can apricots
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Directions

1Drain all canned fruit.

2Grate the rind of lemon and orange; peel and slice.

3Layer lemon and orange slices and other fruit in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Combine lemon and orange rind, brown sugar and flour; mix well and sprinkle over fruit.

5Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

6Serve hot or chilled.
