Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 3) can apricots
  • 1 medium can pears
  • 1 medium can peaches
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 small bottle cherries
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain all fruit and reserve juice.

    Use 1 cup of juice and add brown sugar and curry powder.

    Heat with butter until it melts. Pour over fruit and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
