  • 2 game hens, cut in half
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 soup cans of water
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • dash of white wine

Directions

    Put rice in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

    Top with game hens.

    Add water and spices from rice package.

    Add celery, green onions, water chestnuts, mushrooms and wine.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
