- 1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. canning salt
- 4 to 7 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a large pot.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Pour into sterilized pints.

5Seal and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
