- 4 halibut steaks
- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried leaf marjoram
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Thaw frozen halibut.

3Rinse and pat dry.

4Place fish in greased baking pan.

5Combine melted Crisco, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, mustard, marjoram, garlic powder and pepper.

6Drizzle over fish.

7Bake at 450° for 18 minutes.

8You may add vegetables the last 5 minutes.

9Garnish with dill weed or lemon wedges.
