  • 6 thick fillets (halibut)
  • 1 c. Chablis wine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • paprika

    Marinate fillets in wine and salt for 4

    Grease pan. Coat fish in 1 cup bread crumbs.

    Add 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup onion.
