- 1/2 c. apricot preserves
- 1/3 c. red cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Place ham on rack in large shallow roasting pan.

2Bake in slow oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

3Trim off skin and excess fat.

4Mix preserves, mustard and wine in small saucepan.

5Heat slowly, stirring often.

6Brush ham with glaze.
-
7Continue baking, brushing with glaze 1 hour or until richly glazed.
