- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Wrap ham in aluminum foil.

2Place skin side down and start in a cold oven.

3Bake 25 minutes per pound at 325°.

4Before last hour of cooking, remove skin and excess fat.

5Score and stick whole cloves in ham and rub with the mixture of flour, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar.

6Return to oven and bake 1 hour.
