- 10 oz. lasagna noodles
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.

2Add garlic, parsley flakes, basil, salt and canned tomatoes and tomato paste.

3Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
