Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 c. hot water
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (optional)
Directions

1Brown beef; drain fat.

2Add onion, garlic, parsley, water, tomato paste, pepper and salt; bring to a boil.

3Turn heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

4In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and noodles.

5Start with noodles.

6Make 3 layers.

7Top with Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, until top of cheese is melted.

9Can make ahead and freeze.

10Serve with rolls and salad.
