- 1 lb. Vimco lasagne
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (Romano)
- 1 qt. sauce
Directions

1Cook the lasagne and drain.

2Brown the meat.

3Mix the Ricotta, parsley, nutmeg, cinnamon and eggs.

4Alternate in baking dish. Sprinkle some cheese and sauce until dish is filled. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
