  • 1 lb. beef liver
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 or 4 slices bacon

Directions

    Place liver in bottom of pan or casserole dish.

    Add salt, pepper and chopped apples.

    Add the onions, then add water and bacon on top.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, then uncover and brown.
