- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2While macaroni is hot, add butter and sour cream.

3Stir. In separate saucepan, melt evaporated milk and Velveeta cheese together.

4Place cooked macaroni into greased 2-quart casserole. Pour cheese and milk mixture over the top.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

6Sprinkle with grated cheese.

7Put back in hot oven until cheese melts.

8Serves 6.
