- 2 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. margarine
- dash of salt
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions

1Toast nuts at 300° on baking sheet for about 20 minutes.

2Cool completely.

3Beat egg whites and fold in sugar and dash of salt. Beat until stiff.

4Fold in nuts.

5Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Spread nuts in dish.

7Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.
