- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup wheat germ (optional)
- 1/4 cup flax seed flour (optional)
- Combine:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- Other optional items:
- chopped prunes
- ripe bananans
