  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ (optional)
  • 1/4 cup flax seed flour (optional)
  • Combine:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • Other optional items:
  • chopped prunes
  • ripe bananans
