Baked Parmesan Cheese

- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. skinned chicken (I always use the breast portions)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Combine egg and milk; stir well and set aside.

2Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper; mix well. Rinse chicken; pat dry.

3Dip in egg mixture.

4Dredge in flour mixture.

5Place chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Pour butter over chicken.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender. Yield:
