Baked Pineapple

  • 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Line bottom of dish with pineapple.

    Mix sugar, flour and grated cheese.

    Put on top of pineapple.

    Some of reserved pineapple juice may be drizzled over this mixture.

    Crumble enough crackers to spread over top.

    Drizzle melted butter over top of this.

    Bake 20 minutes in 375° oven, until lightly browned. Serves 6.
