  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 5 slices bread, cubed

    Add eggs and beat.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mixture will curdle.

    Bake in a 1 1/2-quart casserole for 40 to 50 minutes at 325°.
