- 1 (16 or 20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Drain pineapple chunks, saving 3 tablespoons juice.

2Combine sugar, flour and the juice.

3Heat over low heat until some of the sugar melts, then stir in pineapple and cheese.

4Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

5Place crushed crackers on top.

6Drizzle melted butter over crackers.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
