- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 5 slices bread
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar; add to pineapple.

2Next, add beaten egg. Pour into baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 375°.

3Meanwhile, cube the 5 slices of bread.

4Melt the butter and pour over the bread cubes.

5Put the bread cubes on the pineapple mixture, put back in the oven and bake for 1/2 hour at 400°.
