  • 1 large (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
  • 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. dried bread, cut in cubes (without crust)
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan for 50 minutes at 375°.
