- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pat butter
Directions

1Beat eggs until frothy.

2Add sugar, butter, cinnamon and cornstarch.

3Beat until well mixed.

4Fold in can of crushed pineapple, including juice.

5Pour into a greased ovenproof bowl. Bake at 325° until you have a custard like consistency
