- salt and pepper
- bacon strips
- Worcestershire sauce
- any favorite stuffing
- 1 c. bouillon
Directions

1Split whole quail down back only.

2Salt and pepper birds and stuff with favorite cornbread, giblet or rice dressing.

3Wrap a strip of bacon around each bird and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.

4Bake in 350° oven and baste frequently with bouillon. Cook 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.
