Ingredients
- 1 fryer rabbit (2 to 3 lb.), cut up in serving size pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 to 6 whole cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. chicken flavor bouillon
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Soak rabbit pieces in 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt water to cover for 2 hours.

2Rinse, drain and dry.

3Roll in flour and brown in the oil and butter.

4Add onion and spices.

5Cover tightly and bake in a 325° oven for 1/2 hour.

6Remove from oven.

7Turn rabbit pieces. Add chicken bouillon and water.

8Return to oven and bake 1 hour or until done.
