- large dill pickles (approximately 8 to 10)
- large loaf Roman Meal bread
- small white onion, minced
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- several shakes garlic powder or to your taste
Directions

1Trim crust off bread.

2Mix onion, cream cheese and mayonnaise together.

3Cut each pickle into even strips (usually 6).

4Spread cream cheese mixture over slice of bread.

5Place strip of pickle in middle of bread and roll up.

6Refrigerate rolls overnight. Before serving, slice each roll with an electric knife into approximately 1/2 to 3/4-inch slices.

7Serves 60.
