- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. rice
- few Tbsp. wild rice (optional)
- 1 c. golden raisins
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium heat.

3Add onion and saute until slightly softened. Transfer to 2-quart baking dish.

4Stir in remaining ingredients, except seeds.

5Cover tightly and bake until broth has been absorbed, about 45 minutes.

6Using fork, mix in sunflower seeds. Makes 6 servings.
