  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. fat-free shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. canned corn, drained
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of garlic
  • pepper to taste
