Baked Rice Chicken

  • 6 to 8 pieces chicken, skin removed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 pkg. dried onion soup (optional)

Directions

    Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk; mix until smooth.

    Mix in rice and dried onion soup mix.

    Place 1 layer of this mixture on the bottom of 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish (or one fairly big to fit chicken and sauce).

    Then place chicken on top of it.

    Pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken.

    Cover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    (Keep an eye on your rice so it doesn't stick.)
