  • salmon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley
  • garlic

Directions

    Clean and wash fish.

    Place in foil lined pan.

    Put onion, lemon slices, parsley and garlic cloves in the stomach cavity. Salt and pepper outside of fish.

    Wrap in foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until the fish is tender.
