  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Pour hot water over butter and oats; let stand 20 minutes. Add sugar and eggs.
