- 4 (2 1/2 oz.) salmon steaks
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried pepper
Directions

1Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

2Place into a shallow baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray; brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley and pepper.

3Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
