Baked Salmon

  • 1 can salmon (red or pink)
  • 2 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 medium onion, cut up
  • 1 green pepper, cut up (optional)
  • 12 to 15 saltines, crushed

Directions

    Remove bones from salmon.

    Add rest of ingredients in order given.

    Add enough milk to make mixture soupy.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole; top with pats of margarine.

    Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for about an hour.
