- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 1 green pepper, cut up (optional)
- 12 to 15 saltines, crushed
Directions

1Remove bones from salmon.

2Add rest of ingredients in order given.

3Add enough milk to make mixture soupy.

4Pour into 2-quart casserole; top with pats of margarine.

5Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for about an hour.
