- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 oz. sherry wine
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Butter the inside bottom of casserole dish.

2Add scallops, then pour wine over scallops.

3Pour half the butter over them. Cover with bread crumbs, then cover crumbs with remaining butter. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
