  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked and strained
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 15 oz Tomato based pasta sauce
  • 2 cup Fresh spinach, stems removed
  • 16 oz Ricotta
  • 4 oz Monterey cheese, shredded

    Preheat oven 400F

    Mix sauce and beef

    Spread 9x13 cassarole dish with enough sauce to cover bottom of dish.

    Add half of spaghetti to dish.

    Cover with half of ricotta.

    Layer spinach on ricotta.

    Cover spinach with rest of ricotta

    Add enough sauce to cover.

    Layer rest of spaghetti.

    Cover with rest of sauce.

    Top with shredded cheese.
