  • 1 lb. box thin spaghetti
  • 1 lb. beef hamburger or ground turkey
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu (any kind)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable delight (by Schilling)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Italian herb season (by Spice Island)
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 10 sliced black olives
  • 1 Tbsp. pimentos
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 to 2 c. Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Boil spaghetti as directed on box and drain.

    Saute all vegetables, mushrooms, parsley, olives, onion and green pepper until crisp, but not tender.

    Drain and set aside.

    Cook meat. When done, drain meat and mix in veggies and spaghetti sauce in a bowl big enough to stir the mixture in.

    Mix the sauce mixture with the spaghetti.
