  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian herbs
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spaghetti and drain.

    Cook ground beef; stir in sauce and seasonings.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    In a bowl, combine 1 cup Mozzarella, sour cream and eggs; stir in spaghetti.

    Place mixture in a 9 x 13 baking pan.

    Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Spread meat sauce mixture over top.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through.

    Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
