- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Italian herbs
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Cook ground beef; stir in sauce and seasonings.

3Simmer 5 minutes.

4In a bowl, combine 1 cup Mozzarella, sour cream and eggs; stir in spaghetti.

5Place mixture in a 9 x 13 baking pan.

6Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Spread meat sauce mixture over top.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through.

9Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
