  • 6 large potatoes
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 3 large dill pickles
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Boil potatoes in skin until tender.

    Test with fork.

    Cool, then peel and chop in chunks.

    Thin slice celery widthwise.

    Thin chop onions and pickles.

    Mix all in large container with enough mayonnaise to be very moist.

    Salt and pepper to taste; stir well. Slice eggs and stir in.
