  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach (slightly underdone).

    Drain well; set aside. Melt butter.

    Add celery and onion.

    Saute until golden.

    Combine with spinach.

    Add sour cream, eggs and bread crumbs.

    Place in greased casserole dish.

    Sprinkle top with cheese.

    Bake at 375° until cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
