- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach (slightly underdone).

2Drain well; set aside. Melt butter.

3Add celery and onion.

4Saute until golden.

5Combine with spinach.

6Add sour cream, eggs and bread crumbs.

7Place in greased casserole dish.

8Sprinkle top with cheese.

9Bake at 375° until cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
