- 2 to 3 acorn squash
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Cut squash in half; remove seeds.

2Place cut side down in a shallow pan; add 1/2-inch water to pan.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

4Discard water; turn squash cut side up.

5Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6Combine honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce and raisins.

7Spoon into squash.

8Bake an additional 15 minutes.
