  • 2 lb. cooked squash
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Cook squash with salt and pepper until tender.

    Drain and mash.

    Add other ingredients.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
