  • 8 to 10 slices big white winter squash
  • salt
  • cinnamon
  • margarine
  • brown sugar
  • water

Directions

    Peel slices of squash.

    Place in 8 x 10-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.

    Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on each slice of squash.

    Put dots of margarine on top of brown sugar.
  5. 5
    Pour enough water into pan to keep squash from sticking and burning to the pan.

    Bake approximately 1 hour at 375°.
