  • 2 acorn squash
  • 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. cream or butter

Directions

    Split each acorn in half; remove seeds and fibers.

    Place in an ungreased baking dish, cut side up.

    Into each well, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of cream.

    Bake uncovered for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
