Baked Squash

  • 3 to 4 medium squash
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 cube bouillon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook squash 25 minutes or until tender.

    Mash and drain; add butter, onion, bouillon, salt and pepper.

    Stir in egg and sour cream.

    Put in greased casserole.

    Top with crumbs and cheese (mixed).

    Bake for 30 minutes.
