- 3 (2 lb.) trout
- 3 c. bread crumbs
- 1 small onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Chop onion and celery.

2Mix bread crumbs, onion, celery, eggs, butter and seasonings.

3Stuff trout and sew sides together with heavy thread.

4Bake in dish lined with cheesecloth.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

6You can lift the fish out onto a platter by turning cheesecloth.

7Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
