1Use quantities to suit your needs.

2Cut up chicken or breast. Brown in heavy skillet with oil.

3Remove chicken, then in skillet, place cut up celery, carrots, onion and potato cut into quarters. Place chicken on top.

4Place lid on skillet and cook for 45 minutes or until veggies are cooked.

5Add a little water to bring to steam if needed.
