- 2 lb. squash
- 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- salt
Directions

1Cook squash.

2Drain and chop.

3Combine squash, crumbs, eggs, milk, salt and 1 1/2 cups cheese.

4Place in buttered pan.

5Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.

6Dust with paprika.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
