  • 1 block (400g Size) Firm Tofu
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chives, Garlic, Ginger Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped

Directions

    Cut the tofu into thick slices (about 1/2 cm).

    In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.

    Press the mixture onto the tofu (both sides).

    Bake at 200 degrees C (390 degrees F) for about 25 minutes.

    Remove, let it cool down a bit and serve.

    You can incorporate it into your salads or enjoy it with some boiled spinach or broccoli.
