- 1 block (400g Size) Firm Tofu
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Chives, Garlic, Ginger Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
Directions

1Cut the tofu into thick slices (about 1/2 cm).

2In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.

3Press the mixture onto the tofu (both sides).

4Bake at 200 degrees C (390 degrees F) for about 25 minutes.

5Remove, let it cool down a bit and serve.

6You can incorporate it into your salads or enjoy it with some boiled spinach or broccoli.
