- 1 wild duck
- 1 large orange, quartered
- salt
- pepper
- poultry seasoning
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Clean singed duck thoroughly inside and out.

2Sprinkle cavity with pepper, salt and poultry seasoning.

3Stuff into cavity 1/4 stick margarine and 4 orange quarters.

4Put in roasting pan; sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

5Cut remaining margarine into pats and put on duck, under breast skin if possible. Cover and bake for at least 2 hours at 325°.
